Our collective experience allows us to guide our care and operaTions with an involved hand that understands where and how all of the pieces fit together. Our executive team is not a board of out-of-state land developers with big portfolios that happen to include senior living. Rather, we are a small team of experts and senior living industry professionals who want to create a break from the norm and offer an assisted living memory care option that will truly change our residents’ lives for the better. This passion extends to our hiring and training practices to ensure the right people with the right experience are hired. That allows them to make a true difference.

Silver crest was co-founded by a woman with over 15 years of nursing experience in senior living, and a vision to provide the highest quality of life to aging adults with memory disorders. With this expertise at hand, the entire silver crest executive team can accurately assess and develop individualized care plans for those experiencing memory disorders. We have witnessed firsthand the failures of organizations that place a higher priority on fiscal outcomes than quality of life. For this reason, we practice a “resident-first” approach that prioritizes the care, safety and satisfaction of those in our community over business outcomes and bottom lines.

We exceed required state ratios, a choice which prioritizes people, not profit. Each SilverCrest community is designed to accommodate 16 private suites to create a more spacious yet familial lifestyle to combat overcrowding and related health and safety concerns. The collective wellbeing is prioritized through a germicidal UVC light system which maintains a high level of air quality by destroying viruses, bacteria and other airborne factors that stand to jeopardize the health of our staff and residents.
Our Experienced Team
Our deep understanding of the memory care field allows us to perfect our operations, including which roles we employ, how they interact and who we hire. Our small but robust team offers staffing ratios higher than State requirements, meaning that there will always be plenty of team members lending their full focus to your loved one. this level of staffing ratio prevents the kind of short-staffing incidents that can occur at larger, profit-driven communities. Our staff includes qualified medication administration personnel (qmap), certified nursing assistants (cn as) and a licensed nurse, all of whom are certified in addressing alzheimer’s disease.
